Adam Stary’s journey into real estate is rooted in the values instilled by his parents, with his father serving as his lifelong role model. After high school, he chose to skip college and began his career in car sales, where he discovered his passion for connecting with people and selling.

By 21, Adam transitioned into real estate, where he has spent 16 successful years working with respected companies like Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, and john greene REALTOR®. In 2022, Adam opened his own eXp Realty office in Yorkville, creating a supportive and family-like culture for his team. Coaching his team and watching them grow and succeed is one of his greatest rewards throughout his career.

Outside of real estate, Adam’s biggest joy is traveling, hunting and spending time with his family. He is passionate about giving back, supporting organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, CASA, St. Jude’s and our local schools and sports programs. Coaching his children’s sports teams is one of his most fulfilling roles.

For Adam, success is about freedom, family, and helping others achieve their dreams. “Real estate allows me to enjoy everything I love,” he says. “It’s what I was put on this earth to do.”

Originally from Yorkville, I spent a decade in Wheaton and now call Plano home. With over six years of experience in residential real estate, I’ve helped more than 200 clients buy or sell their homes, achieving over $65 million in sales. Starting as Adam's Buyers Agent in 2019, I now excel in both buying and selling, focusing on understanding my clients' real estate goals, building long-term relationships, and negotiating contracts effectively.

Beyond real estate, my greatest inspiration comes from my two children, a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son. I’m passionate about spending time with my family, bowling in my Wednesday night league, golfing, disc golfing, and traveling. As part of a traveling fantasy football league, I enjoy the excitement of live drafts in unique destinations.

I’m also dedicated to giving back, having raised over $17,000 for St. Baldrick’s and volunteering for organizations like Feed My Starving Children and Habitat for Humanity. I’m a fan of good food—steak, tacos, seafood, and Filipino dishes—and dream of traveling to the Philippines, Greece, Italy, and Hawaii.

My favorite quote is: “Some people want it to happen, some wish it to happen, others make it happen.” In the next 5–10 years, I aim to own multiple investment properties, travel the world with my family, and continue running a thriving real estate business that goes above and beyond for clients.

Born and raised on the East side of Aurora, Jonathan spent 21 years there before setting down roots in Yorkville, where he has lived for the past eight years. With over a decade of experience in customer service, including a significant tenure in the casino and slot machine industry, he has developed exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking ahead to proactively address challenges.

Motivated by a drive to become a better husband, father, and person every day, Jonathan values making lasting, positive connections with clients and creating meaningful impacts through his work. Outside of his professional life, his passions center around family, fitness, and enjoying Mexican cuisine. A proud Star Wars and Lord of the Rings fan, he embraces empathy as a defining characteristic, even while maintaining a private nature.

Some of Jonathan’s most cherished moments include taking his family to Disney World, where he witnessed his daughter’s dreams come true. Looking ahead, he aspires to grow his real estate business and venture into property investments while pursuing his dream of traveling to Germany.

Hailing from Aurora and now residing in Sugar Grove, I am a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in communication, time management, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving. My career journey began as a dental assistant, a role I held for two years while pursuing studies to become an ultrasound technician. After much reflection, I shifted my focus and explored opportunities in real estate—a decision that better aligned with my aspirations.

Academically, I have always excelled, earning high honors throughout high school and a spot on the dean's list in college. My drive and work ethic are fueled by the unwavering support and inspiration I draw from my family and friends, especially my mother, whose resilience motivates me to aim high.

Outside of work, I cherish my hobbies, including basketball, volleyball, golf, pickleball, painting, crocheting, and interior design. My passion for giving back to the community shines through my volunteer work at the Special Olympics. I also take pride in having lived in Durango, Mexico, for a year—a unique experience that broadened my perspective.

In the next 5–10 years, I envision myself traveling more extensively and embracing challenges that push me out of my comfort zone. Montana tops my travel wish list, reflecting my appreciation for natural beauty and adventure.

Hailing from Aurora, IL, Olivia continues to call the city home while making a name for herself as a dedicated and compassionate real estate agent. With over seven years of experience, she specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers and sellers, fueled by her own less-than-perfect buying experience. She dreams of traveling to Nigeria someday and cherishes the wisdom of Sun Tzu’s quote, "Opportunities multiply as they are seized."

In addition to her thriving real estate career, Olivia has a flair for the arts. She once auditioned for American Idol and has appeared in commercials, movies, and television shows. Whether mentoring others, hosting discussions on homeownership, or spending time with her beloved family, she brings energy, passion, and a love of life to everything she does.

Looking ahead, Olivia envisions becoming a renowned real estate professional, expanding her influence through mentorship and public speaking, all while continuing to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond.

Born and raised in Chicago, Jayden now calls Naperville home. A passionate entrepreneur with a love for business and basketball, Jayden is motivated by the drive to become the best version of himself and create a meaningful impact in everything he does. His mission is to help as many people as possible while fostering loyalty, trust, and strong relationships built on hard work.

An avid traveler, Jayden finds joy in exploring new cultures and experiences, especially when venturing out of the country.
